Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our Personalized Activity Plan service! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we’ve put the following policies in place. These apply to all levels of the Personalized Play Plan. Booking & Payment Clients must enter valid card details at checkout to secure their appointment. The card on file will be charged once the activity plan has been emailed to you. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with no penalty up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 1 hour's notice, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), a $10 fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that life happens! If you have an emergency or unusual circumstance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate. By booking a Personalized Play Plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
